The Concept
After years of visiting Newquay we saw the need for a guesthouse, which offers the luxury of a hotel with the intimacy of a B&B so we created Breaks, a luxury guesthouse, catering for couples and families. We offer the little things that make a difference to your stay such as complementary refreshments on arrival, cafétiere coffee, fresh milk, a selection of teas including herbal, flat screen TVs with DVD players, access to a wide selection of DVDs and a babysitting service. Wireless internet access. All rooms are ensuite and feature original pieces of arts and crafts.

Location
We are only a 5-minute walk from the world famous Fistral beach and the town centre. Designated off-road parking available.

Food
We offer a full English breakfast, vegetarian option a speciality. We use locally sourced produce, organic where possible. We also offer afternoon coffees & tea. See our food page for a sample menu.

The Environment
Breaks is an ecologically sound Guesthouse, using energy from renewable sources and environmentally friendly products. We are proud to have been awarded a silver Green Tourism Business award.

Breaks is operating an ‘opt out’ visitor-gifting scheme for Surfers Against Sewage. SAS is based in Cornwall and campaigns for clean, safe recreational water for everyone. We automatically add 50p per room on each guest's stay which gets donated to go to this worthy organisation, who strive to keep Cornwall’s beaches clean for locals and visitors to enjoy.
